This Low Carb Key Lime Pie Smoothie is the most refreshing smoothie I’ve ever had! It literally tastes just like Key Lime Pie and has a very creamy texture.

Finding low carb smoothie recipes that taste delicious and don’t contain any nut butters can be a challenge, but this Low Carb Key Lime Pie Smoothie hits the spot every time! It tastes light and refreshing, but it’s loaded with healthy fats. 

You can use fresh or frozen avocado for this recipe. The frozen avocado will give a slightly different texture but still taste equally delicious. For lime juice, I highly recommend using a citrus squeezer to get as much juice out of the lime as you can. The lime is what gives this low carb key lime pie smoothie its key lime pie flavor.

The base of this smoothie is either unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk. Please keep in mind that if you use coconut milk, it will add a coconut flavor to the smoothie. For that reason, I usually opt for almond milk. You could even use water if you’d like, but the almond milk helps make this smoothie extra creamy.

To sweeten this low carb key lime pie smoothie, you can use maple syrup or stevia without altering the flavor too much. Honey is another option, but it will change the flavor.

  • Avocado
  • Lime juice
  • Unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • Maple syrup or stevia
  • 1 serving collage peptides, optional

How to make low carb key lime pie smoothie:

  1. Add flesh of an avocado to your blender
