Affordable Home Gym Equipment

Dumbbells: The most basic gym equipment, and they come in several different weights to suit everyone’s needs.

Kettlebell: You can find a variety of kettlebell workouts on Pinterest and YouTube.

Mini Bands: Cheap, easy to carry with you, great for working out on the go and when space is minimal.

Strength Bands: More versatile than mini bands, and great for getting a good workout while traveling. Plus, they don’t take up much space, making them ideal for those with limited room to store equipment.

Cloth Band: Do your butt a favor and get a cloth band! It’s a game changer when it comes to glute exercises.

Yoga Mat: If you have hard floors, a mat makes floor exercises a lot more comfortable.

Yoga Block: Not just for yoga workouts; these blocks are great for offset pushups and much more!

Stability Ball: Works your core no matter what move you’re doing…a strong core is a great foundation for overall strength!

Step: Step-ups, box jumps, offset pushups…the list goes on! This is a great piece of equipment to have on hand.

Bench: If lying on the floor isn’t your thing, a bench keeps you elevated. Plus, you can do so many things with it! If you have the space for it, invest in a weight bench for dips, presses, step-ups, and more!
