Copycat KFC Coleslaw

Sharing is caring!

Coleslaw needs to be creamy, vinegary (that’s totally a word, by the way), and slightly sweet, am I right?! KFC makes the perfect coleslaw, but there isn’t one anywhere near where I live, so I had to come up with a recipe that is equally delicious that I could make at home. And this recipe absolutely nails it! Like seriously, this is the BEST coleslaw I have ever eaten, and now I can whip some up any time I have a craving…and so can YOU!
