Gluten Free Chex Mix

  • 3 cups Rice Chex
  • 3 cups Corn Chex
  • 1.5 cups gluten free pretzel twists
  • 1.5 cups Lance gluten free cheese crackers
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/3 cup avocado or olive oil


  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees F
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Chex, pretzels, and cheese crackers
  • In a separate bowl, combine oil, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder and whisk until incorporated
  • Pour oil mixture over dry ingredients and stir until coated
  • Transfer to baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Bake at 250 for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes
  • Store in airtight container
