Gluten Free Low Carb Biscuits

Drop biscuits are easy to make and taste delicious, and these gluten free, low carb biscuits are no exception!


  • 1 cup almond flour (I prefer King Arthur brand)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sour cream OR plain yogurt
  • 1 egg


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix egg, sour cream, and salt together
  • Add in almond flour and stir until incorporated
  • Add in baking powder and continue to stir
  • Drop onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper using cookie scoop
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until edges become golden
  • Makes 8 biscuits

Macros: Serving size: 1 biscuit, Carbs 1.6g, Fat 3.7g, Protein 1.7g, Fiber 0.4g
