Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed parsley
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 handful baby greens (I use a mix of spinach and kale)
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • Juice from half a lime
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!

Notes:

  • Use fresh or frozen fruit
  • Use any baby greens: spinach, kale, arugula, or a mix
